9.1 Physical Books & Products:

  • As a general rule, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except where required by law or where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at shaykhrahmatalamjan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

9.2 Digital Products

  • Due to their intangible nature, digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, unless required by law.
  • In cases of technical issues preventing access, please contact us for support.

9.3 Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping or before digital access is granted. Once processed, cancellations may not be possible.
